Estelle M. (Dorval) McGrath

DRACUT - Estelle M. (Dorval) McGrath, 88, a longtime resident of Dracut, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, died suddenly on Friday, September 9, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas J. McGrath, to whom she was married for 64 years at the time of his death in 2012.

She was born in Lowell on July 24, 1928, and was the daughter of the late Aime and Rosanna (Bergeron) Dorval. Estelle received her education in the Lowell school system. During her life, she had worked part-time at Zayre's, Symphonics, Ames, and Avon.

She was a parishioner of St. Francis Parish in Dracut.

In her free time, Estelle enjoyed crocheting, cross-word puzzles, and watching golf.

She is survived by her four daughters and sons-in-law; Deborah L. Napolitano and Frank of Venice, FL, Dorothy A. Fay and T. Michael of Methuen, MA, Jayne M. McGrath and Leroy Stallcop of Highland, CA, and Pamela S. Laorenza and David of Dracut, MA. Her son and daughter-in-law; Raymond T. McGrath and Wendy of Groveland, MA. Grandchildren; Benjamin W. Hardy and Lisa of Nashua, NH, Melissa J. Hardy and Richard Farrell of Milford, NH, Adam C. McGrath and Terri of Cambridge, MA, Jared T. McGrath and Julie of Methuen, MA, Angela R. McGrath of Groveland, MA, Joshua M. Fay and Rebecca of Attleboro, MA, Justin M. Fay and Heather of Pelham, NH, Matthew T. Nicolosi of Stuart, FL, Stefanie J. (Nicolosi) Connors and James of Lynn, MA, Dominic J. Laorenza of Dracut, MA, and Nicole Laorenza & CT from Bedford, NH. Great-grandchildren; Kyah J. Hardy, Madalyn G. Hardy, Aidan H Farrell, Olivia J. Connors, and Kaleb Croteau & Damien Croteau, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Allison D. McGrath.
