Estelle C. Masse

LOWELL - Estelle C. (St. Arnaud) Masse, 88, formerly of Tyngsboro, died June 1 at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell. Born in Lowell, Estelle was the daughter of the late Lauria (Ledoux) and Donat St. Arnaud. She leaves her husband of 66 years, Arthur H. R. Masse of Tewksbury, formerly of Tyngsboro.
Estelle worked for many years for Sears in Lowell and the Internal Revenue Service in Andover, retiring from the latter in 1982. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son, Richard H. Masse, and his wife, Andrea Dudley, of Wolfeboro, NH, and a grandson, David Dudley Masse of Portsmouth, NH. She was predeceased by a son, Ronald P. Masse. She was the sister of the late Claire, Henri, Roland, and Paul St. Arnaud. She is survived by several sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
With her husband, she was an avid camper and belonged to a number of local and regional camping organizations.
