DRACUT – Elizabeth M. "Beth" (MacIntyre) Teixeira, age 60, a resident of Dracut died Wednesday, September 29, 2020 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Joseph R. Teixeira, to whom she has been married for 26 years.
She was born in Boston on November 5, 1959 and was a daughter of the late Robert A. MacIntyre and the late Barbara (Depocher) (MacIntyre) Garneau. She was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School and earned an Associate degree in Business from Middlesex Community College.
Prior to her retirement, Beth was employed for over 20 years as a Human Resource Manager for BTU International in North Billerica.
Beth's greatest joy was spending time in the company of her loving husband, whether it be boating on their boat, the Sea Princess or traveling, especially to Prince Edward Island and Las Vegas. A close second for Beth was spending time with her adoring nieces and their families, especially planning and hosting holiday parties for them and the rest of her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Barbara Hand of Dracut, Denise Noonan and her husband Russell of FL, and Barbara Addomi of Tewksbury; her nieces, Kathy Bradley, Bobbie Lebron and her husband Moises, Jessica Hand, Kerri Hand, Janet Hand, Cynthia McDonagh and her husband Steven; her grandnieces and grandnephews, Michael, Destiny, Kailani, Kaylee, Alex, Nemesis, Ashtin, Paul, Gavin, Justin, Lily, Seth, Christian, Jacob, Liana, Jackson, Emma, Deliliah, Daisy; her stepchildren Marianne Velardocchia and her husband Dan, Joe Teixeira and his wife Victoria, Clare Taddeo and Guy Massa, Chris Teixeira and his wife Joyce; and her grandchildren Devin, Jerry, Matthew, Nick, Michael, Nathan, Cliff, Shayla, Gianni, Natalie.
She was also the sister of the late Robert MacIntyre and Sandra Bethany, the sister-in-law to the late Lenny Hand, and the Aunt of the late Stacey Bradley.
She was also very loved by many longtime friends, Myra, Sally, Michelle, just to name a few.
TEIXEIRA - It being her wish, there will be no visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at St. Francis Church in Dracut on Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Due to Covid-19, face masks and social distancing are required at the church. Burial will be private.
