Elizabeth A. (Judge) Jusczak, 71, a longtime Dracut resident passed away on January 9, 2015 at Boston Medical Center following a period of declining health. She was the loving wife of Francis J. "Butch" Jusczak with whom she would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on April 18, 2015.
Born in Lowell on November 27, 1943, she was a daughter of the late Edward G. and Josephine H. (Stasiowski) Judge. She was the sister of the late Patricia A. Judge.
Betty was a devoted mother to her five loving children. After raising her children, she worked as a registered nurse in the Labor and Delivery Department at Lowell General Hospital for many years having retired in 2005. She adored her grandchildren and cherished time spent with them. She enjoyed traveling all over, especially to Colorado to visit her son and his family and to warm destinations like Florida and Aruba. She was also an avid bowler.
Betty's family would like to acknowledge the exceptional care that she was given over the years by both the Visiting Nurses of Greater Lowell and also from the dedicated staff of the Fresenius Medical Care Dialysis Center at Lowell General Hospital. Their compassion towards Betty was appreciated and will not be forgotten.
In addition to her husband, Butch, she is survived by her children, Kathleen Theriault of Tewksbury, Kristine Nutter and her husband, Peter of Dracut, David Jusczak and his wife, Nadene of Franktown, CO, Cheryl Benson and her husband, Michael of Pelham, NH, Michael Jusczak and his wife, Rhonda of Dracut; five grandsons, Jack Theriault, Max, Josh and Nathan Nutter, Matthew Benson; her one little princess granddaughter, Morgan Benson; many dear relatives, friends and classmates.
