Elaine A. Levasseur

Elaine Ann Levasseur, 54, died peacefully, Monday, March 30, 2026, after a brief courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved mother of her three cherished children, Brandon, Alexander and Gabrielle.

Born in Pomona, California on June 19, 1971, she was the daughter of Linda M. (Monette) Levasseur of California and the late Kevin J. Levasseur. After earning her bachelor’s degree in nursing, Elaine worked many years in healthcare as a registered nurse and was most recently employed for Fairview Senior Living in Hudson, NH.

Elaine’s greatest joy in life was caring for the people around her. No matter what challenges she faced, she never hesitated to offer help, comfort, or a listening ear. She found happiness in music, tending to her many plants, gardening, interior design, traveling, and cooking for her friends and family. She took pride in keeping a beautifully clean and welcoming home, where she could enjoy time with friends and family that she loved so dearly.

She had a gift for seeing the good in every situation and greeted each day with a smile. She formed deep, meaningful connections with those around her, treating everyone she loved as family. Her smile would light up the room and her laugh was contagious. She will truly be missed.

In addition to her mother, Linda, Elaine is survived by her three children, Brandon Casperson of Shirley, Alexander Casperson and his wife, Melissa of Stoneham and Gabrielle Sousa of Hudson, NH; her grandson, Logan; and her brother, Kevin Levasseur and his wife, Kim of North Carolina.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Elaine’s Life Celebration at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 11 AM until 1 PM. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 1:30 PM in St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, 96 Riverneck Road, Chelmsford.
