LOWELL - Eileen M. (Welch) Eno, 53, a Lowell resident, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at Saints Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Edward B. Eno who died on July 9, 2009.
Born in Lowell on June 8, 1956, she was a daughter of the late James J. and Mary Rita (Donnelly) Welch.
Mrs. Eno had been employed for many years by Community Teamwork of Lowell in the after school program. She was most recently employed by Potpourri of Chelmsford.
She was a very passionate Red Sox and Patriots fan.
Mrs. Eno was extremely proud of her two children and of her son Tom's service in the United States Army.
She is survived by two children and their spouses, Thomas and Anne Wall of Andover and Jennifa Wall and Yon Roeun of Lowell; three grandchildren, Talia, Chantel and Sion Roeun; three sisters, Ann Bratton of Dracut, Mary Shapiro of FL and Maureen Abreu of Dracut; three brothers, Robert Welch of Hampton, NH, Thomas Welch and Joseph Welch, both of Lowell; her mother-in-law, Imelda (Bourgeois)(Eno) Garvin and her husband James of Pelmetto, FL; two brothers-in-law, John O'Brien of Lowell and Michael Abreu of Dracut; also several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Katherine O'Brien.
