Edward J. "Ed" Mosher

Edward J. “Ed” Mosher, 66, a resident of Dracut, died Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Sutton Hill Center in North Andover surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Lowell on June 17, 1956 and was a son of the late Laurinda (Vieira) and Edward J. Mosher. Ed was raised and educated in Dracut schools and graduated class of 1974 from Dracut High School. He owned and operated Merrimack Billiards in Merrimack, NH (aka Fast Eddies.) Ed was also a member of the Teamsters Local #42.

Ed was best known for his quick wit, sense of humor and his love for corvettes, which he had owned many of. He was also known to be a bit of a pool shark and enjoyed being a part of many pool leagues. He was an avid sports fan and never missed a Patriots or Red Sox game.

Ed is survived and will be deeply missed by his siblings, Eileen Traill of York, ME, Nancy Mosher of Myrtle Beach, SC, Thomas Mosher of Dracut and Maureen McKenna and her husband James of Dracut; his nine nieces and nephews, Rob, Kristi, Lynn, Jeffrey, Amanda, Sarah, James, Jennifer and Maxwell; many great nieces and nephews; his one great-great niece; his close long-time friend, Stephanie Miller; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Along with his parents. Ed is predeceased by his sister, Carol Fini and brother-in-law, William Traill.

Relatives and friends are invited to Ed’s Life Celebration on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at the Sky Meadow Country Club, 6 Mountain Laurels Drive, Nashua, NH 03062 beginning at 11:30 AM with a blessing at 1 PM followed by a celebration. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed’s memory to a Cancer Center of your choice, Homeless Shelter or Recovery Center.
