Edmond D. Rocheleau

Lowell - Edmond D. Rocheleau, widow of June P. (St. Onge) Rocheleau, resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Saturday July 10, 2010 following a period of declining health. He was 82.
Edmond was born in Lowell on October 1, 1927, a son of the late Edmond and Yvonne (Plante) Rocheleau.
He served in the Navy during WWII. Edmond worked in the transportation industry as a truck driver where he was a member of the Teamsters Union. He then was employed for more than 20 years at Rosenbloom Paper as a floor supervisor until his retirement.
He was a communicant of the former Sacred Heart Parish, the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Parish.
Edmond enjoyed karate and obtained a brown belt. He also enjoyed his fish tanks, where he raised many vibrant and interesting fish and tending to his garden.
Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Robert and Kristina Rocheleau of Lowell; three daughters and sons in law, Nancy and Richard Crawford of Windham, NH, Susan and John Flaherty of Pelham, NH, Karen and Louis Tanguay of Londonderry, NH; two brothers Norman Rocheleau of Lowell, Alfred Rocheleau of Lawrence; three sisters, Shirley Carignan of New Ipswich, NH, Rita Winter of IL, Joan Gallagher of Lowell; eleven grandchildren, Alan Crawford, Douglas Crawford, Audrey Crawford - Rivera, Andrea Crawford, John Flaherty, David Flaherty, Tara Flaherty, Brian Tanguay, Jennifer Tanguay, Laurie Tanguay, and Raylene Rocheleau; six great grandchildren, Victoria, Nicholas, Reya, Rachel, Conner, Kenleigh ; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late George Rocheleau, Arthur Rocheleau and Beatrice Pollard.
