Edith T. Fontaine

Edith T. (Hall) Fontaine, 77, widow of the late Arthur J. Fontaine, died peacefully with her family by her side, Thursday February 25, 2010 at her Dracut residence.
Born in Lowell on March 18, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Bernadette (Jacques) Hall.
Edie was a woman who loved to have fun. She always had a good time playing cards with her sisters. She spent quality time at her camp on the lake in Ossipee, NH and was very fond of the beach. She was a great mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by all of her loving family.
Survivors include, two sons, Jeffrey V. and Donna Fontaine of Lowell, Paul N. and Elizabeth Fontaine of Dracut; two daughters, Pearl C. and David Newcomb of Manchester, NH, Renee' M. and Mark Hall of Dracut with whom she resided; three sisters, Irene Dufault of Dracut, Connie Cuscia of North Andover, Rose Martineau of Dracut; ten grandchildren, Jennifer, Brian, Christopher, Joseph, Heather, Kaitlyn Nicole, Olivia, Shannon and Samantha; five great grandchildren, Cameron, Jonathan, Jayden, Nathan and Brooke. She was the beloved mother of the late Patricia and grandmother of the late Megan.
