Dylan T. Days born in Lowell on December 19, 1993. He was the son of Cheryl A. (Days) and Michael D. Fleury of Dracut. Dylan was a bright and loving person who struggled everyday with the demons of addiction. Unfortunately he lost this battle on Tuesday February 14, 2017.
Dylan attended Dracut Schools and the Greater Lowell Vocational School, ultimately earning his GED through the Lowell Adult Education Center.
He was employed by the United Parcel Service (UPS) at the Chelmsford facility for several years and was a member of the Teamsters Union. Prior to his opiate battle taking control of his life, he was attending Middlesex Community College and was in his sophomore year.
Dylan had an immense passion for and connection to music, and was an avid drum player. He enjoyed writing and occasionally wrote poems and short stories for an on-line agency. Dylan was always known for his smile and his heart of gold. His untimely death will effect all those who knew him.
Besides his Mom and Step-dad, he leaves a sister, Jacqueline (Marshall) Lipp and her husband Jason of Jersey City NJ; his maternal grandmother, Judith Days of Dracut; his maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Lawrence and Suzanne Days, of the Villages Florida; two uncles, Lawrence Days Jr. of Wells, ME and Paul J. Fleury of Manchester, NH; three aunts, Laura Days of Wells, ME, Doris Stauble and her husband Scott of Chelmsford, and Vickie Cappiello and her husband Greg of Tyngsboro. He leaves many cousins and many many friends. His best friend and cat "misfit" will be lost without him.
Dylan's family requests that in his memory you join them in anyway you can battling this horrible disease with the hope of sparing other families from experiencing a tragic loss of a loved one.
