Dorothy A. (Campbell) Flynn

Dracut – Dorothy A. (Campbell) Flynn, beloved wife of John A. Flynn, a Dracut resident, and formerly of West Yarmouth, died Sunday August 5, 2012 at the Saints Medical Center. She was 80.
Dorothy was born in Lowell on April 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Thomas F. and Elizabeth (Lamb) Campbell.
Prior to her retirement Dorothy was employed at the Tewksbury Hospital as a LPN. She also worked at several Lowell and Cape Cod area nursing homes.
Dorothy and John enjoyed traveling. They visited such places as Hawaii and Europe. They also enjoyed spending their winter's at Palm Beach Gardens in Florida
She was a longtime communicant of St. Michael Parish.
Surviving her besides her husband of 56 years is a son Michael T. Flynn and his wife Charlene of Tyngsboro; a daughter, Donna L. Forte and her husband Paul of Dracut; three grandchildren, Kristina Helen Elizabeth Flynn, Erin Elizabeth Forte, Michael John Thomas Flynn; a brother Colin B. Campbell and his wife Jane (Balkus) of CA; a brother in law, George M. "Buzz" Flynn of Tyngsboro; a sister in law Virginia M. (Leblanc) Flynn of Seabrook, NH; her best friend Pat Dailey of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.
