LOWELL - Dorothy Y. (Bevins) Carbonneau, 83, of Lowell died Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at Academy Manor in Andover.
She was born in Lowell on May 5, 1936, and was a daughter of the late Warren and Cecilia (Goyette) Bevins. She received her education in Lowell schools.
Prior to her retirement, Dorothy was employed for many years by Robbie Shoe in Lowell.
She is survived by two daughters, Rita Buckley of Lowell and Dorothy Emmons of MO; two brothers, Alfred "Dick" Bevins and his wife Aline and Robert Bevins and his wife Evelyn, all of Dracut; a sister, Shirley Dufresne of Lowell; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Donald Bevins, Warren Bevins, Jr., Eva Crawford, Pauline Bisson, Theresa Vezina, and Rita Gustafson.
CARBONNEAU - A private Funeral Service was held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
