Doris Y. Stuer

Doris Y. Stuer, 80, a lifelong Lowell resident died Thursday March 22, 2012 with her loving family at her side. She was the wife of the late George A. Stuer.
Born in Lowell on August 28, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Archille and Helene (Lavallee) LeQuin.
For several years, Doris was the bookkeeper for Sun Electric in Lowell.
Doris was a former communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell.
Survivors include a daughter, Lynne Chase and her partner, Patricia Hebert and her daughter, Maya Talwin-Hebert of Londonderry, NH; three sons, David Stuer and his wife, Joyce of Dracut, Michael Stuer and his wife, Tracy of North Chelmsford, Dr. Gary Stuer and his wife, Anne of Noway, ME; a daughter-in-law, Donna Stuer of Merrimack, NH; two granddaughters, Alyson Stuer and Kelly Chase; seven grandsons, Shaun Stuer, Brian Chase, Timothy Stuer, Kevin Stuer, Erik Stuer, Nicholas Stuer and Kory Stuer; a sister-in-law, Ann Blakely of Las Cruces, NM. She was the mother of the late Wayne Stuer who died in September of 2002 and sister of the late Claire St. Onge, Cecile Livingston and Camille LeQuin who was killed in action during WWII.
