Doris R. Mousseau

Doris R. (Larrivee) Mousseau, beloved wife of the late Joseph E. "Omer" Mousseau, a resident of Dracut died Thursday November 21, 2013 at the Lowell General Hospital with her family by her side. She was 90.
Born in Lowell on August 14, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Jean B. and Emeline (Leblanc) Larrivee.
Doris attended Lowell schools and then worked as an invisible mender at the former Uxbridge Worsted Mill in Lowell. She also worked as a banquet waitress at the former Coq D'or Restaurant, and later retiring as a seamstress working with her husband at their business, Mousseau Custom Tailors.
Doris loved her family. She always treasured the time spent with her children and grandchildren.
Doris was a life member of the Centralville Social Club, and a member of the Ste. Marguerite D'Youville 600 Club.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Robert J. Mousseau of Lowell, Gerard A. Mousseau of Bradenton, FL, Edward O. and Lorraine Mousseau of Getzville, NY, Normand G. and Cynthia Mousseau of Tyngsboro, Roger P. and Anne Mousseau of Bradenton, FL, Jo-Ann and Leonard Coutu of Dracut; nineteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a sister Lorraine Boucher of Dracut; brothers in law, Adelard Mousseau of Ellenton, FL, George and Lillian Mousseau of Hudson, NH; a sister in law Vera Larrivee of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Jeanne-Marie Mousseau and sister of the late Ralph, William, Omer, and Robert Larrivee, Adrienne Lippe, Irma Condon, Yvonne Byron, and Gertrude Maher.
