Doris M. (Painchaud) Perron

Doris M. (Painchaud) Perron, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, passed peacefully with her loving family by her side following a brief illness on Friday, July 31, 2015. She was the beloved wife of the late Maurice J. Perron.
Born in Lowell on October 11, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Gustave and Eva (Belleville) Painchaud.
Doris was a graduate of St. Louis Parochial School and was a communicant of the former St. Louis de France Church.
She had worked as a banquet waitress at the Ivy Hall, Pawtucket Inn and the University of Lowell.
She leaves two sons, Normand Perron and his wife Charlene (Souma) of Redondo Beach, CA and Ronald Perron and his wife Janet (Eddy) of Hudson, NH; three daughters, Celeste Perron of Hudson, NH, Linda Hughes and her husband Gary of Chelmsford and Susan Bickford and her husband Mark of Clearwater Beach, FL; a sister, Sr. Rita Painchaud of Pierrefonds, P.Q., Canada; five grandchildren, Joshua and Ashli Bickford, Erica Hughes, Trevor and Rachel Perron; several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Roland, George, Armand and Marcel Painchaud, and Juliette Beauchesne.
