Doris T. (Favreau) Chandonnet, 83, lifelong Dracut resident, died at her home Friday October 2, 2009. She was the wife of the late Arthur A. Chandonnet.
Born in Dracut on June 6, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Venance and Parmelia (Baribeault) Favreau.
Doris was a kind and caring woman and a very devoted mother and grandmother. She will lovingly be remembered for her great sense of humor.
She was a communicant of Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish in Dracut for more than 50 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Suzanne M. Conroy and her husband Robert of Dracut; a son, Richard A. Chandonnet and his wife Darlene of Memphis, TN; a sister, Connie Flynn and her husband, Edward of Dracut; five grandchildren, Lauren, Kimberly and Meredith Conroy, all of Dracut and Andrew and Nicole Chandonnet, both of Memphis, TN; her dear friend, Norma Lantz; also many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Michelle Chandonnet and sister of the late Robert and Norman Favreau.
