Dora T. Paradis

Dora T. Paradis, 89, a lifelong Dracut resident, died Sunday August 15, 2010 in Petersham , MA.
Born in Dracut on Desrosiers Street on December 5, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Laura (Fluet) Paradis.
Dora attended Lowell Trade School for hairdressing and later became the owner of The Centralville Beauty Salon where she worked as a stylist for many years until her retirement in 1989.
She was a longtime communicant of Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish where she was very active in the church and was involved with the choir, eucharistic ministry and served as a cantor.
She is survived her sister, Sr. Dorothy Paradis originally of Dracut, who currently resides in Petersham with the Sisters of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Edward, Blanche, Madeline and Arthur Paradis, Leona Gauthier and Jeanne Morrissette and Louise Lefebvre.
