Donny M. Carson … compassionate and loving brother
West Roxbury – Donny M. Carson, 55, a resident of the EN Rogers Veterans Administration living facility in Bedford, died Tuesday evening, September 20, 2011 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in West Roxbury.
He was born in Lepanto, Arkansas on December 18, 1955 a son of the late Carlos L. and Kathleen S. (Moran) Carson.
Mr. Carson was a 1976 graduate of Lowell High School and fought in the Golden Gloves.
He entered the United States Armed Forces serving with the Army until his retirement.
An avid sports fan, Donny enjoyed watching all New England sports teams.
He will be remembered as a southern gentleman, a true patriot and will live forever in our hearts.
He leaves his two loving sisters; his twin sister, Donna M. Carson of Lowell and Lynne R. Bir and her husband Robert of Dracut; William Sullivan of Dracut who was like a brother to him; many local and out of state relatives, as well as many friends.
Donny's family will be forever grateful for the outstanding care he received at the V.A. Hospital, Jamaica Plain, the V.A. Hospital, West Roxbury and the E.N. Rogers Memorial Veteran's Hospital in Bedford.
