Donna M. (Libby) Archambault, a resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell and wife of Roy Archambault passed away at the Lowell General Hospital on Saturday, July 10, 2021 surrounded by her beloved family. She was 62.
Born in Gloucester on January 20, 1959. Donna retired from the City of Lowell School Department where she worked for many years in the cafeterias. She was a communicant of St. Rita Church.
Donna loved camping with Roy, especially when her family was with her. She looked forward to going to Bayley's Camping Resort in Scarborough, Maine and Minuteman Campground in Littleton. She enjoyed sitting on her back deck, playing cross stitch on her tablet and listening to Bon Jovi. Donna looked forward to a cold Coors Light from her Coors Light refrigerator. She took pleasure in chocolate covered cherries, her holiday T-shirts, and her favorite pajamas and slippers, and her shopping trips. Donna had an impact on the people she surrounded herself with. She brought so much light into their lives and was always the life of the party and made everyone laugh so hard. Donna especially adored her grandchildren and loved spoiling each one of them.
Surviving her besides her husband Roy are her two daughters and a son in law, Kimberly Archambault and her fiancé Jared Walters, Jennifer Plante and her husband Justin; her five grandchildren, Devon Archambault, Jaxon Walters, Morgyn, Logan and Ethan Plante; Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Susan and Steve Noll, Cheryl and Mark Chapman; niece and nephew Emee and Marcus; and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Donna's Life Celebration on Wednesday from 4 to 8 PM in the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home, 327 Hildreth Street. Her funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.
