Donell "Nelly" Boykins

On Monday, May 17th, Donell Anthony James Boykins, loving brother and son, passed away at the age of 16. DonelI was born on June 28th, 2004 in Salem, MA to
Nicole Picard and Michael Boykins Sr. He lived 16 amazing years on this earth that was cut short way too soon. Nelly loved his music and we'd always see him doing his little dances all the time. The kid loved being a showman. Anytime Old Town Road was on it was showtime for sure. Power Rangers and super heros were definitely a must have on hand when it was play time and customizing them with stickers and markers gave them more super powers. Nelly was always happy; even on the hard days he would carry a smile on his face. One that was so infectious you couldn't help but love the kid. He enjoyed collecting the same things as Dad; one of the many daily joys Nelly was able to have. Donell is survived by his father, Michael, and his mother, Nicole. His two brothers Zavier Edward Anthony Boykins and Michael Anthony Boykins Jr. and his sister Felicia Ann Margret Allard, as well as several cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandparents.
Relatives and friends are invited to Donnell's Life Celebration on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 5 until 8 PM.
