Donald E. Sylvester the beloved husband of Melissa (Bossi) Sylvester passed away on unexpectedly following a brief illness on Saturday May 16, 2015 at his Lowell residence. He was 39.
Born in Lowell on April 27, 1976, he was a son of Donald and Rose (Dube) Sylvester of Lowell who survive him.
Prior to his illness, Donald was employed in the auto industry serving in several capacities, such as tow driver, mechanic, and parts services.
He enjoyed cars, fishing, and the beach. Donald was an avid New England sports fan, but especially the Bruins and the Patriots. He loved Dunkin Donuts. Family was paramount to Donald, especially his wife and children.
Surviving him besides his wife and parents are his children, Gabriella, Anthony, Donald, Britney, Olivia and Gianna Sylvester all of Lowell, Ashley and Amanda Poland of Burlington; sisters and brothers, Jeanne, Leo, Theresa, Rose, and Rita all of Lowell; his Godchild, Grace Christian; father in law and mother in law, John and Dodie Bossi of Lynnfield; brothers in law and sister in law, Philip, Jamie and John Bossi, Jr.; also survived by many aunts uncles and cousins.
