Diane T. (Pilat) Parsons

DRACUT - Diane T. (Pilat) Parsons, 68, a resident of Dracut, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2018, in the presence of her loving family.
Born in Lowell on October 23, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Stanley F. Pilat and Theresa C. (Gaillardetz) Pilat of Lowell who survives her.
Prior to her retirement, Diane had been employed for the last 27 years as a medical secretary for Greater Lowell Pediatrics.
She was known as a selfless, giving person who loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed shopping and trips to the ocean.
In addition to her mother she leaves two daughters, Nicole A. Parsons of Nashua, NH and Renee D. Carbone and her husband Daniel of No. Chelmsford; a brother, David S. Pilat and his wife Nora Zuluaga-Pilat of Lowell; a sister, Janet Rocheleau and her husband Albert of Lowell; two grandchildren, Dominic and Daniel Carbone of No. Chelmsford; also many nieces and nephews. Diane was predeceased by her companion, Richard Starling.
SERVICES - Relatives and friends are invited to Diane's Life Celebration on Friday from 1 until 5 PM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street. A Prayer Service will conclude the Visitation at 5 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
