OBITUARY
Coral Springs, Florida - David J. Leclair, 50, a resident of Coral Springs, Florida, died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 4, 2004 at the Coral Springs Medical Center.
Born in Lowell on April 3, 1954, he was a son of the late Henry J. Leclair and Shirley M. (Gagnon)(Leclair) Lagasse of Dracut.
Mr. Leclair attended Dracut Schools and was a graduate of Dracut High School. While living in Dracut was a communicant of Ste. Therese Church.
Prior to moving to Florida in 1987, he had been employed as an offset pressman for the Americraft Folding Carton Company, formerly Prince Packaging Company, of Lowell. While residing in Florida he was employed by Health Communications as a printer and was instrumental in the printing of the book "Chicken Soup for the Soul".
Mr. Leclair served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War Era.
He was an avid sportsman, and enjoyed hunting, boating and big game fishing off the coast of Florida.
Besides his mother and her companion Kenneth Myers of Dracut, he is survived a son, Beau Leclair of Stuart, FL; a daughter, Crystal Leclair of Stuart, FL;his fianc�e, Kim Nelson, with whom he made his home; six brothers and four sisters-in-law, Dennis A. and Linda Leclair of Dracut, Ernest J. and Cindy Leclair of Hudson, NH, his twin brother, Forrest J. Leclair and his fianc�e Jeannine Gauthier of Dracut, Robert J. and Karen Leclair of Salem, NH, Mark J. and Sandra Leclair of Waterville, VT and Henry M. Leclair and his partner Rhys Wyman of Windham, NH; a sister, Janet Cushion and her partner Beryl Cleveland of Chelmsford; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a grandnephew. He also leaves many friends at Health Communications.
