David W. Gilman, Jr., 53, a Lowell resident, passed away on Saturday morning, December 22, 2018, at High Pointe Hospice in Haverhill. He leaves the love of his life, Debby (McElhinney) Gilman, with whom he spent 13 loving years.
Born in Lowell on June 6, 1965, he was the son of Walter D. and Brenda (Howard) Gilman of Lowell who survive him.
Prior to his illness, he was self employed as a suspended ceiling tile installer.
David was a big sports fan, but especially loved the Bruins and the Patriots.
In addition to his wife and parents he leaves two sons, Steven Gilman and Brian Gilman, both of Lowell; two brothers, Scott Gilman and his wife Alyssa and Keith Gilman, all of Lowell; 2 grandchildren Ethan and Benjamin Gilman; his father in law and mother in law Gene and Mary Ann Musial, Sr.,; brother in law and sister in law, Gene and Elizabeth Musial, Jr.,; Sister in law Renee Masse and Keith all of Lowell; also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Robbin (Gilman) Malomo.
Relatives and friends are invited to David's Visitation on Thursday morning from 9 until 11 AM at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street. Funeral Services will follow at 11 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial in the Westlawn II Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name may be made to the High Pointe Hospice House, 360 North Ave., Haverhill, MA 01830.
