David L. Caron

David Caron, 50, a life-long resident of Lowell, MA died on Saturday evening, February 27, 2010, at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA with his family by his side after a 3-month courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Lowell on January 21, 1960 he was the son of Louis J. Caron and the late Pauline (Boucher) Caron.
In addition to his Dad whom he adored, he is survived by his Sister and brother-in-law: Donna and Roger McNulty , his brother and sister-in-law: Normand and Pat (Gauthier) Caron, his brother John Caron, and his brother Steve Caron and Emily. Loving Nieces and Nephews whom David adored: Erica McNulty, Roger and Michelle McNulty, TJ and Shawn Caron, and Michael and Stephen Caron.
David is also survived by his childhood friend of 38 yrs. Roger Dery and his Dog Tiger, with whom David resided. He is also survived by many dear friends who have helped Dave immensley, including Roger Hamilton, Bill Kilmartin, Tino Fret, John Finegan, Shirley Cotey, and Louise White. The family would like to thank you all for the support and friendship you have given Dave over the years.
In addition he is survived by his Aunts and Uncles: Terry Coffey, Lisa Caron, Bob and Jackie Caron, Normand (Mickey) Boucher, Joan Boucher, and Paulette Boucher, and many cousins.
Dave was a handyman and did many odd jobs, he was always helping others in the Lowell/Westford area. He had many passions in his life including: working on his Ford Explorer, going to see comedians and concerts w/his brothers, camping in the mountains, boating, nascar races, traveling to Las Vegas once a year with his buddy Roger to visit the Dery Family.
One of his proudest moments and greatest accomplishments was this past January when he was awarded his 2-Year Sobriety Coin witnessed by his family and friends. We know how proud you were of yourself and we were so proud to celebrate that special day with you!
