David J. Brown

David J. Brown, 58, a resident of the Highlands section of Lowell, died Friday, July 13, 2012 at the Lowell General Hospital. He was the former husband of Pauline E. Yore-Brown of Dracut.

Born in Shirley on June 18, 1954, he was a son of the late Earl and Mary (Mansur) Brown.

Mr. Brown grew up in the Acre section of the city and was a graduate of St. Patrick's Parochial School and Lowell High School. He received an Associate Degree in Business Administration and was currently working towards a Bachelors Degree at Franklin Pierce College.

He was employed for 17 years by the Lowell General Hospital, his last position as the director of materials management.

In addition to Pauline he is survived by two sons, Patrick M. Brown, a recent graduate of Greater Lowell Technical High School and David W. Brown who will be a sophomore at Greater Lowell Technical High School; a sister, Margaret Ann "Maggie" Whaley of Chelmsford and many dear friends and family.
