Clark L. Shay, Jr., age 76, died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at home. Born in Lowell on August 3, 1948, he was the beloved son of the late Doris I. (Ferguson) and Clark L. Shay, Sr.
Clark’s religion and beliefs were a big part of his life and who he was. It lead him to live a devote life as a minister for many years, where he belonged to the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lowell.
He was also an avid outdoorsman and handyman. Being employed in the maintenance division of Lomedco.
Clark is survived by his brother, Curtt Shay of Lowell; his sister-in-law, Martha Shay; his nieces and nephews, Christopher Shay, Timothy Shay, Lindsay Janeiro, Lennie Luz and his wife, Danielle, Mark Luz and his wife, Dawn and Beth Barela; as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was the brother of the late Mary Luz and Craig Shay and uncle to the late David Luz.
Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 1 PM at EDSON CEMETERY, 1375 Gorham Street, Lowell.
