LOWELL - Mrs. Claire V. (Boisvert) Smith, 64, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Saturday evening, February 19, 2005 at her home. She was the wife of Donald A. Smith.
Born in Dracut on December 30, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Florence (Plourde) Boisvert.
Mrs. Smith was a graduate of St. Louis Academy and was a lifelong parishioner of St. Louis de France Church.
Mrs. Smith was a self-employed day care provider who enjoyed taking care of children.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth R. and Diane Graham of Lowell, John G. and Denise Smith of Middleton and Scott D. and Christina Smith of Danvers; two daughters, Valerie K. Boisvert and Alyssa M. Boisvert, both of Lowell; a step-daughter, Amy Kenney and her husband Bill of Methuen; six brothers, Jacques Boisvert and his wife Anne of Lowell, Albert Boisvert of Tyngsboro, Roger Boisvert, Richard Boisvert and George Boisvert and his wife Claire, all of Lowell; six grandchildren, Tara and Stephanie Gagnon, Laurie and Trevor Graham and Nicholas and Owen Smith; also several nieces and nephews.
