Claire (Ricard) Dozois … age 90, devoted mother
Dracut – Claire (Ricard) Dozois, 90, a resident of Dracut where she resided with her daughter Eileen, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at a local health care facility. She was the wife of the late Henry A. Dozois.
Born in Westford on February 2, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Maxime and Rosa (Brule) Ricard.
Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Wang Labs of Lowell. She had also worked in the Forge Mills of Lowell.
Mrs. Dozois was a lifetime member of the Franco American Club in Westford. She was a member of Ste. Marguerite D'Youville Parish in Dracut.
She cherished her time spent with her family. She also enjoyed watching the Patriots, crocheting and dancing.
She is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Henry N. and Elaine Dozois of Lowell, Daniel D. and Sharon Dozois of Tewksbury and Richard C. and Lois Dozois of FL; a daughter, Eileen Agrella of Dracut; two brothers, Viateur Ricard and Bernard Ricard, both of Westford; two sisters, Marie Deloge and Bernadette McCarthy, both of Lowell; a sister-in-law, Rita Ricard of Westford; 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was a sister of the late Ida Finnila, Ollie Pierro, Theresa L'Heureux, George and Gerard Ricard.
