DRACUT - Christine A. “Tina” (Papanotas) Dalphond, age 89, a lifelong resident of Dracut died Sunday, September 11, 2022 at the Inn at Fairview in Hudson.  She was the beloved wife of the late Leo N. Dalphond, to whom she was married for 60 years prior to his death in 2015.

She was born in Lowell on September 15, 1932, and was a daughter of the late Lazarus and Maria (Picanso) Papanotas.  She received her education in Lowell schools.

Tina spent her life tending to the needs of her loving family and her home.  She also worked along side her husband at his various business’ throughout the years.  

She was a longtime communicant of St. Michael Church in Lowell

Tina enjoyed meeting with her knitting group for over 60 plus year where she formed life long friendships.  Tina was a sun worshiper and could often be found by her pool or at the beach.  Her greatest joy however, was spending time with her adoring family at family gatherings and cookouts.  

She is survived by her three daughters, Donna L. Dalphond of Dracut, Doreen A. Matte and her husband Roger of Sanbornton, NH and Darlene M. Lyman and her husband Stephen of Hudson, NH; eight grandchildren, Courtney Giordano and her husband David of Billerica, Sarah Giordano and her husband Bobby of Dracut, Olivia Nastek and her husband Elijah of Monmouth, ME, Nicholas Matte, Thomas Matte, and Hilary Young and her husband Jason, all of Sanbornton, NH, Devan Robidoux and her husband Cameron of Littleton, NH and Lydia Lyman of Manchester, NH; seven great grandchildren, Chloe, Sydney, Siena, Evan, Savannah, Amelia and Walton; her dear friends, Carole and Ted McPhee of Bristol, CT; and many nieces and nephews.  

She was also the mother of the late David N. Dalphond who died in 2018, the grandmother of the late Erik Stone, and the sister of the late George Papanotas, Peter Pappas, Matilda Taylor, Catherine Breen, Alice Corr and Mary Boyden.  

Relatives and friends are invited at attend Christine’s Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00pm.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00am at St. Michael Church in Lowell.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Christine’s memory to Home Health & Hospice Care, 7 Executive Park Dr, Merrimack, NH 03054 or at www.hhhc.org
