Charles R. Kelleher

Charles R. "Doc" Kelleher II, 50, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Monday, June 5, 2006 at Saints Memorial Medical Center. He was the husband of Heather M. "Heidie" (Evans) Kelleher.
Born in Lowell on November 12, 1955, he was a son of the late Charles R. Kelleher and Rita V. (Kane) Kelleher of Lowell who survives him.
A graduate of St. Michael Parochial School and Lowell High School, Mr. Kelleher was employed as an electrician for the I.B.E.W., Local 103, Boston, MA.
An avid golfer and follower of local sports, he was a member of Long Meadow Golf Club and enjoyed watching the Patriots and Red Sox.
Mr. Kelleher enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and watching his son Matthew's hockey games.
He was a lifelong communicant of St. Michael Church. Other memberships included the East End Club and the Lowell Lodge of Elks.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by three sons, Charles R. Kelleher III deployed with the United States Navy, Matthew C. Kelleher of Lowell who will start his freshman year at Lowell High School and John W. "Jack" Kelleher who will be a 1st grader at St. Louis Parochial School; two daughters, Jaclyn Kelleher and Christina Evans both of Lowell; two sisters, Mary Ann Jaynes of Hampton, NH and Maureen Kelleher of Lowell; two brothers, Robert F. Kelleher and his wife Jeanie of Milford, MI and Daniel P. Kelleher of Dracut; his granddaughter, Abby Lynn Roy of Lowell; his mother-in-law, Beverly I. McQuaid of Lowell; his father-in-law, William J. Evans of Lowell; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
