OBITUARY
Cecile Moisan "Longtime Pawtucketville resident"
DRACUT - Mrs. Cecile M. (Bourgeois) Moisan, 92, a Dracut resident, died Friday, September 17, 2004 at her home. She was the wife of the late Henry J. Moisan who died in August of 2001.
Born in Lowell on August 14, 1912, she was a daughter of the late Ovila and Marie Louise (Bordeleau) Bourgeois.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Moisan was employed by the Raytheon Corp. of South Lowell. During World War II she had worked for Remington Arms and the Atlantic Parachute Company.
A long time resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, she had been a communicant of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church for 68 years.
She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Helene D. and John C. Gove of Dracut, with whom she made her home, and Lorraine A. Simoneau of Lowell; a brother, Albert Bourgeois of Dracut; seven grandchildren, John M. Gove and his friend Cindy Davis, Gail C. Gauthier and her husband John, Joseph Simoneau and his friend Kristen Darling, Jay H. Gove and his wife Selyne, David P. Simoneau and his wife Marion, Lyn H. Cusack and her husband Thomas and Timothy M. Simoneau and his friend Kerrianne Cronin; seven great grandchildren, Jenna Gove, Valerie Gauthier, Vanessa Gauthier, Amanda Simoneau, David J. Simoneau, Alana Gove and Benjamin Cusack; also several nieces and nephews. She was the mother in law of the late J. Norbert Simoneau and sister of the late Ovila "Babe" Bourgeois, Emile "Mutt" Bourgeois and Raymond Bourgeois.
