Cecile M. Lavallee

Lowell - Cecile M. (Pare) Lavallee, 81, a longtime resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Saturday, June 27, 2009 in a local nursing home. She was the wife of the late Willis R. Lavallee, Sr.
Born in Lowell on February 26, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Isadore W. and Alice (Dalphond) Pare.
The mother of eight children, she was a communicant of St. Michael Church and had worked for the Lowell School System.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Willis and Jeanne Lavallee, Jr. of Lowell , Victor and Diane Lavallee of Lowell, Sharon Malette and Marty Hardesty of Nebraska , David and Denise Lavallee, Sr. of Lowell , Roy E. Lavallee, Sr. and his fianc�e, Janice Rosselli of Nashua, NH, Joan and David Krawczyk of Hudson, NH, Ann and Susan Lavallee of Lowell : eighteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She also leaves four sisters, Bertha Dupuis of Lowell, Gertrude Santos of Lowell, Lucille Guevin and her husband, Joseph of CA and Priscilla Chaput and her husband Howard of Dracut: three brothers, J. Francis "Mike" Pare and his wife Jeanne of Dracut , Richard Pare and his wife Nancy of Derry, NH and Donald Pare and his wife Theresa of Nashua, NH ; two sisters-in-law, Charlotte and Priscilla Pare, both of Lowell. She was the mother of the late Donald Lavallee, grandmother of the late Chris Lavallee and sister of the late Georgette Harding, J. Andre Pare, Roger Pare and Theresa Pyne. She also leaves the caring staff and friends at Woodbriar of Wilmington.
