Carol A. Pelland

Lowell - Carol A. (Milliard) Pelland, 68, widow of Andre Pelland, a Lowell resident, died Saturday May 12, 2007 at the Lowell General Hospital.
She was born in Lowell on August 15, 1938, a daughter of the late Louis and Lea (Dumas) Milliard.
Mrs. Pelland was a communicant of the former Notre Dame de Lourdes Church, and was a longtime volunteer at Bingo there. She was also a member of the SAC Club in Lowell.
Surviors include a son Andrew Pelland of Michigan; a brother and sister in law, Roland and Barbara Milliard of Dracut; a sister Evelyn Lambert of Oxford, ME; a dear friend and longtime companion, George Lambroukos of Lowell; three grandchildren, Chelsea, Whitney and Andrew Pelland, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Donna and Ross Damon of Oxford, ME, Richard Lambert of Oxford, ME, Roland L. Milliard of Dracut, Robert and Susan Milliard of No. Andover, Kathy and Joseph Malarney of Andover, Richard and Darlene Milliard of Melbourne, FL, Raymond and Julie Milliard of Dracut, Theresa and Joseph Kennelly of Ramsey, NJ; cousins, Kenneth and Janet Doherty of Saugus, George and Diane Dumas of Revere.
