LOWELL – Carol J. (Ouillette) (Gagne) Lamothe, 71, a resident of Fr. Norton Manor on High Street in Lowell, died Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Nashua, NH on December 22, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Harold E. and Minnie (Smith) Ouillette.
Mrs. Lamothe was last employed as a stitcher for the Horton and Hubbard Company of Nashua, NH.
She was very active in the community of Fr. Norton Manor.
Carol’s love and passion were her family and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her friend and companion of the last 21 years, Harold J. Brown of Lowell; three daughters, Pamela S. Malette and her husband Steven, Lisamarie Desautels and her husband Donald Bohner and Robin J. Desautels, all of Nashua, NH; two sons, Robert Desautels and his wife Tara of Greenville, NH and Russ “Rusty” Gagne and his wife Judy of Nashua, NH; two brothers, Gary Ouillette and his wife Iada of Hernando, FL and Harold E. ‘Tom” Ouillette, Jr. of MA; many grandchildren, among whom are Jessica Lemere, Kayla Desautels, Robert St. Laurent, Angela Rooney, Charity Considine, Jack Considine, Jason Gagne, Jennifer Gagne, Lindsey Desautels and Zachary Desautels; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the late Donald Gagne, mother of the late Tracy Lamothe and grandmother of the late Nicole St. Laurent.
