LOWELL - Carmen J. (Dube) Martin, 68, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. She was the beloved wife of John E. Martin, Jr.
Born in Lowell on July 27, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Emile and Jeanne (Charbonneau) Dube.
Prior to her retirement in 2017, Carmen was employed by the Raytheon Corp. at their Andover facility.
Carmen enjoyed taking rides in the car and stopping to browse at yard sales. She loved her dog Cuddles, but most important to her was spending time with her loving family.
In addition to her husband she leaves three children, Emma Savard and her husband James Plaisted, Steven Savard and his companion Jeannette Marquez, Lisa Gelinas and her husband Joshua; a brother, Paul Dube; two sisters, Rose Sylvester and her husband Donald and Carol Hawkins; 13 grandchildren, Felicia Savard and her boyfriend Russell Shurtleff, II, Desiree Gelinas, Joshua Gelinas, II, Sierra Savard, Steven Savard, Corinna Marquez, Cassandra Cordero, Alex Marquez, Joshua Savard, Tara Espinola and her husband Michael, Valerie Cantwell and her husband Steven, Sarah Savard and Shanoah Savard; three great grandchildren, Christopher and Carter Cantwell, Antonio; several nieces and nephews.
