Camille A. Bertini

May 15, 1944 — December 1, 2025

Windham, NH

Camille A. (Goshtigian) (McCain) Bertini, of Windham, NH, passed away Monday, December 1, 2025 at Lawrence General Hospital. She was 81 years of age. Born in East Boston on May 15, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Diran “Dan” and Angela (Costa) Goshtigian.

Camille was married to her first love, Thomas D. “Tom” Bertini, for 37 years. Camille loved visiting York Beach, Maine. She and Tom honeymooned there and would visit every year for her birthday. She and Tom had four beautiful children together by the time she was 22 years old.

As busy as she was raising her family, she somehow found time for her arts and crafts. She loved to crochet and would make afghans for everyone. As the many grandchildren came along, she would make baby clothing and even a Christening outfit. She was very artistic and would make beautiful Christmas ornaments to give to the family.

Camille was very good at keeping up with the new technology and loved to shop online, especially TEMU. She enjoyed the holidays and shopping for the all grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She left her mind sharp by playing “Words with Friends” every day and was quite the competitor!

Her testament to life-long learning and determination led her to earning her Bachelor’s degree in psychology later on in life, which she and children were extremely proud of.

After the passing of her husband, Tom in 1998, she married again and had a very happy 20 years of marriage with her husband and companion, Kent McCain in Washington State, until his passing in 2019. While in Washington, she had a successful eBay store selling jewelry.

She spent her finals years with the people she loved the most, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family, especially her fur baby “Peanut” who was always by her side.

Camille is survived by her children, Thomas Bertini, Jr. and his wife, Linda of Windham, NH, Christine Puopolo and her husband, Mark of Dracut, Darlene Clogston and her husband, Kenneth of Pelham, NH and Camille McMahon and her partner, Randy Cincotta; her grandchildren, Allan and his partner, Krystle, Rob and his wife, Mary, Angela and her husband, Jeff, Christina and her husband, Ross, Heather, Chelsie and her husband, Tom, Mitchell and his wife, Beth, Michael, Nicholas, Jason and Christopher; her great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Riley, Jaidyn, Josh, Coral, Noah, Natalie, Eden, Isabella, Landon and Elliot; her sister, Pattie Goshtigian of Stoneham; as well as many other extended family and friends.

She was the grandmother to the late Thomas Bertini, III and sister of the late Johnny Goshtigian.
