Born in Manchester NH, on Feb 1, 1988, she was the beloved daughter of the Michael K. Plunkett and the late Michelle (Duchesne) Plunkett.
She was a senior at George Mason University, and prior to her passing, Caitlin enjoyed music, writing and knitting.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her brother, Cameron Plunkett; paternal grandmother, Joan E. (Cullen) Plunkett of Methuen; maternal grandmother, Suzanne (Beaudry) Duchesne of Concord, NH; and her great grandmother, Dorothea (Loranger) Plunkett of Lowell.
She was the granddaughter of the late Michael D. Plunkett and of the late Richard Duchesne .
