Blanche Mullin

Blanche (Arsenault) Mullin, widow of James J. Mullin, a Dracut resident, formerly of the Belvedere section of Lowell died Sunday June 7, 2009 at the Lowell General Hospital following a long courageous battle with cancer. She was 89.
Born in Lowell on April 17, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Medeiros) Arsenault.
Prior to her retirement Blanche was employed by the former Zayre's store located on Church Street.
Blanche loved to go out to eat, particularly trying new restaurants. She spent a lot of time swimming at Long Pond in Dracut and at Hampton Beach. Most of all Blanche cherished time spent with her family and especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Mullin of Hollis, NH, Thomas Mullin of Dracut; three grand children, Elizabeth Dalli and her husband Ronald of Lowell, Brenna Mullin of Dracut, Jonathan Mullin of Lowell; two sisters Dorothy Lagasse of Dracut, Viola Roache of Lancaster, CA; dear relatives George and Joan Mahoney of Lowell; and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Paul, Richard, Donald Arsenault, Virginia Gendron, and Florence Allen.
