Barbara L. (Loiselle) Desrochers

Barbara L. (Loiselle) Desrochers, 67, a Dracut Resident, passed away on Thursday May 28, 2015 at Lahey Clinic Medical Center following a brief illness. She was the loving wife of Roger A. Desrochers of Dracut.

Born in Lowell on October 19, 1947, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Smalley) Loiselle and lived for many years in Chelmsford, MA.

For many years, Barbara was a dedicated school bus driver for Marinel Transportation and a long time teacher's aide at Harrington School in Chelmsford. She most recently worked at UPS and Parlee Farms.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three sons, Mark Desrochers and his wife, Andrea of Burlington, Scott Desrochers of Lowell and Matthew Desrochers of PA; a sister, RuthAnn Blecharczyk of Florida; her grandchildren Shelby, Stephanie, Gabrielle, and Sean Desrochers; her dear friend RuthAnn Ellis; many loving nieces, nephews and close friends. In addition to her parents, she was pre-deceased by her sister Diane Maybury.
