Arthur St. John, the beloved husband of the late Jeannine (Johnson) St. John, passed away at the Golden Living Center, Fitchburg on Saturday June 20, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was 73.
Arthur was born in Lowell on June 27, 1941, a son of the late Edward W. and Jeannette M. (Nadeau) St. John. He grew up in Lowell and recently moved to Lunenburg.
Arthur was employed for many years at Cawley Fuel, where he served as a propane delivery driver.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all enjoyed to be with his family. Arthur had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed dressing up as Santa for family, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his five children and their spouses, Joyce Rondeau and James Greenleaf of Lowell, Priscille and Jeffery Bleszinski of Dracut, Dawn Vancelette of PA, Donald and Kim Vancelette of Lunenburg, Curtis and Tasha Vancelette of Nashua, NH; two sisters, Linda Rodriguez of St. Johnsbury, VT, Nancy Brown of Hudson, NH; two brothers and sisters in law, Elmer and Maureen St. John, of Greenville, NH, Brian St. John and Nancy Rainville of Jefferson, NH; eleven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Edward St. John and Sandra Sullivan.
