HUDSON, NH - Annette J. (Bergeron) Shaughnessy, 78, most recently of Hudson, NH but a long time resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Sept. 10, at Courville of Nashua with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Arthur A. Shaughnessy.
Born in Lowell on May 7, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Henri and Bernadette (Touzin) Bergeron.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Shaughnessy had been employed by The MITRE Corp.
In her younger years she enjoyed gardening and traveling with her husband and family. She made so many friends at Courville and loved to play bingo, pokeno and keno.
She leaves three children, Mark Shaughnessy and his wife Sharon and Lisa Gogan and her husband Kenneth, all of Nashua, NH and Brian Shaughnessy and his wife Catherine of Hudson, NH; two sisters, her twin sister Janet Lausier and her husband Robert of Westford and Rita St. Onge of Pelham, NH ; two brothers, Roger Bergeron and his wife Joan of Lowell and Roland Bergeron and his wife Sandy of Westford; six grandchildren, Richard McQuaide and his wife Kristen of Amherst, NH, Bianca, Paige and Brett Shaughnessy, Andrew and Brenden Gogan, all of Nashua, NH; a great granddaughter, Dakota McQuaide of Amherst, NH; also several nieces and nephews.
She was a sister of the late Gerry and Raymond Bergeron and Simone Lausier.
