Annette V. Leblanc

Lowell - Annette V. Leblanc, 98, a resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Wednesday January 17, at a local nursing home.
She was born in Lowell on May 8, 1908, a daughter of the late Pierre and Georgianna (Poire`) Leblanc, and was a lifelong resident of the Pawtucketville section of the city until moving to the Blaire House Assisted Living in Tewksbury in February 1997.
She attended Lowell schools, graduating from the Academy of Notre Dame in 1924. Ms. Leblanc was a communicant of the former Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Church. Her memberships included the Notre Dame Alumnae, Cercle Jeanne Mance where she was past president and secretary.
Prior to her retirement she was employed at the Lowell Health Dept. for 24 years, retiring in October 1976 as head clerk.
Survivors include a sister and brother in law Herve and Estelle Loiselle of Nashua, NH; a sister in law, Cecile Leblanc of Nashua, NH; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Emilien, Arthur, Rolland, Camille "Brother George", Gerald, Lionel, Henri, Paul, Bernadette and Theresa Leblanc.
