Dracut - Anne T. (Pulsifer) Goodwin, 68, beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Goodwin, a Dracut resident, died unexpectedly Saturday April 26, 2008 in Long Beach Island, NJ, while visiting her sister and brother in law.
Anne was born in Lowell on September 11, 1939, a daughter of the late Edward B. and Mary Elizabeth (Crowe) Pulsifer.
She was a communicant of St. Francis Parish and was a member of their prayer line. Anne was also active for many years in the Army Community Services. She also held membership in the Spindle City Garden Club, the East End Club Ladies Auxiliary, and the Legion of Mary.
Anne will be remembered by her family for her loving strength and support. Her unique outlook, faith and wisdom comforted and guided all who knew her. Anne's joy in her grandchildren is evident in the memories she leaves with them.
Survivors include a son and daughter in law, Edward L. and Kellyann (Rowe) Goodwin of Dracut; two daughters and sons in law, Jill A. and Michael J. Stec of Dracut, Jane M. and Robert B. McCarthy of Framingham; seven grandchildren, Edward Goodwin, Jacob Stec, Katherine Goodwin, Allison Stec, Matthew McCarthy, Timothy Stec, Kevin McCarthy; three sisters and two brothers in law, Mary Carole and Daniel Goad of Lowell, Judith and Daniel Brophy of Long Beach Island, NJ, Elizabeth Trottier of Lowell; and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
