Anna M. Kubit

Anna M. Kubit, 91, a lifelong Belvidere resident, died Thursday March 18, 2010 at Saints Medical Center.
Born in Lowell on October 17, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Stanley and Katherine (Znoj) Kubit.
Anna was employed for many years at Wang Laboratories and the Lowell Sun. She was a lifelong parishioner of the Holy Trinity Polish Church and was a member of the Oblate Missions and the League of Catholic Women.
Survivors include a brother, Joseph S. Kubit, Sr. and his wife Dorothy E. (Small) of Dracut; her devoted niece, Kathy (Kubit) Doughty of Lowell, her devoted nephew, Michael V. Kubit of Boston, many nieces and nephews including James A. Kubit of Pelham, NH , Joseph S. Kubit, Jr. of Dracut, Brian J. Kubit of Pelham, NH, and Cynthia Santos of Pepperell. She is also survived by many grand nieces and grand nephews including Sean and Kaitlyn Doughty. She was also the aunt of the late Robert F. Kubit and the sister of the late Helen Rogers, Francis Kubit, Walter Kubit and John Kubit.
Anna was a humble and kind woman. The family wishes to thank the staff of The Atrium, Radius Northwood, D'Youville Senior Care and Saints Medical Center who cared for her during the past two years.
