He was a member of R.A.R.A (Recreational Adult Resource Association) where he was involved in many activities through the years such as bowling, dances, overnight trips to the mountains and other events. His favorite hobbies were making beaded bracelets for friends and family and homemade cards. He also loved going for walks and doing his exercise routine.
He had a strong faith and was a long time member of the Lowell First Church of the Nazarene. He was always happy to pray for anyone who asked or needed prayer. Voted best hugger by friends and family, he also had a wonderful motto "GO OUT AND MAKE SOMEONE SMILE EVERYDAY."
