Alice L. Turcotte

Dracut- Alice L. ( Frechette) Turcotte, 92, wife of the late Henry Turcotte, died early Friday morning, July 14, 2006, at a local nursing home.
Born in Lowell on June 11, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Rebecca (Paquette) Frechette.
Mrs. Turcotte was a graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1931.
She was the owner/operator of Sailor Bill's Restaurant on Lakeview Avenue in Lowell for 23 years.
A longtime resident of Dracut, she was a communicant of the former St. Mary of the Assumption Church and was currently a member of St. Marguerite D'Youville Parish.
She was a member of the Dracut Senior Citizens Club.
She is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Raymond Turcotte of Houma, LA, Paul and Bernice Turcotte of Dedham, ME and Ronald and Beverly Turcotte of Dracut; three daughters and sons-in-law, Rita and John Flynn of Dracut and Barefoot Bay, FL, Janet and Donald Martin of Webster, NH and Marie and Thomas Steinitz of Bakersfield, VT; a sister and her husband, Isabelle and William Woolfall of Pelham, NH; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Maurice and Henry Frechette, Stella Brousseau and Laura Morrissette and mother-in-law of the late Elaine Turcotte.
