Alice M. (Letourneau) Tessier, 95, a Lowell resident, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 24, 2020. She was the beloved wife of the late Victor J. Tessier.
She was born in Lowell, on April 28, 1925, one of 17 children to the late Joseph and Amanda (Tessier) Letourneau.
Mrs. Tessier worked for over 45 years at Hub Hosiery in Lowell. Following she was employed by UMass Lowell in the cafeteria.
Alice enjoyed going to the Casino's, playing Bingo and Keno. Most important to her was time spent with her family.
She leaves her daughter, Elaine P. Lindsay and her husband Leonard A. of Lowell; a grandson, Lenny Lindsay and his wife Darlyn of Springfield; three great grandchildren, Allessande, Katalina and Leonardo Lindsay; two brothers, Omer Letourneau of Nashua, NH and Andrew Letourneau and his wife Pauline of Lowell; many nieces and nephews, among whom are Jeannine and Ed Montmarquet; 3 Godchildren, Doris Cashman, Denise Desmarais and Connie Letourneau.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
