Albert L. Thellen

Albert L. Thellen, age 81, formerly of Lowell, died on Friday, November 11, 2022, at Rochester Manor. He was the beloved husband of the late Florence M. “Tootsie” (Ducharme) Thellen, until her passing in 2020.

Born in Lowell on May 26, 1941, he was the son of the late Albini and Yvonne (Fortin) Thellen.

Prior to retirement, Albert was employed at General Electric as a computer operations specialist. He also had a special interest for photography.

Albert is survived and will be deeply missed by his son, Roger M. Thellen and his significant other, Dawn Mears of Alton, NH; his nephews, Robert Thellen of Lowell and Ronnie White of Manchester, NH; his niece Joyce Paquette of Lowell; as well as many other family and friends.

In addition to his to wife Florence, he is predeceased by his sister, Therese Snell and his six brothers, Gerard Thellen, Joseph E. A. Thellen, Roger Thellen, Bro. Philippe Gerard, Maurice Thellen and Joseph F. Thellen.

Funeral services were held privately. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
