Albert J. Bardon

LOWELL - Albert J. Bardon, 88, a resident of the Centralville section of Lowell, died Monday, September 4, 2006 at his home. He was the husband of the late Dorothy V. (Hayes) Bardon.
Born in Lowell on August 30, 1918, he was the son of the late Louis and Angelina (Capra) Bardon.
A Veteran of World War II, Mr. Bardon served with the United States Navy.
Prior to his retirement, Mr. Bardon worked as the senior boilermaker at the Boston Navy Yard for 26 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Sandra L. Kavecki of Dracut and Judith Nelson of Lowell; a son, George Nelson of Florida; a sister, Theresa Bowser of Woodstock, VT; six grandchildren, Eugene Kavecki Jr. and his wife Nicole, Greg, Gary, George, Shelley and Suzanne Nelson, all of Lowell; several great grandchildren among whom are Brandon, Jonathan and Olivia Kavecki, all of Lowell.
